BBQ
Our BBQs have become one of our most popular offerings. What makes our BBQ so great is the fantastic quality of meat we always use. We offer delicious burgers, pork & leek sausages, jerk chicken, salmon fillets in Moroccan spices, grilled halloumi, grilled Mediterranean vegetables, ribs with a honey, ginger & soy glaze; butterflied leg of lamb with anchovy, rosemary, chilli & garlic, Chorizo ‘barbacoa‘, rib-eye steaks, sirloin steaks, tuna steaks, tiger prawn skewers, scallops in prosciutto and much more more!

As with all our other menus, our canapés and bowl dishes draw inspiration from a range of cuisines from classical to street food and change with the seasons to ensure we can offer the freshest and best quality ingredients. Serious parties require serious food and sometimes you need a little bit more than a few bites. Our bowl food is served like canapés but is a little bit more substantial – perfect for parties that will be in full swing for a while.
